2. Scope

These Terms apply only to the DueCue App. Any terms for the beast-labs.com website (if applicable) are separate.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the App only with permission of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Apple EULA and App Store Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Standard Apple EULA") unless we provide a separate EULA. In the event of a conflict between the Standard Apple EULA and these Terms, these Terms govern to the extent permitted by law.

5. App Purpose (No Professional Advice)

DueCue helps you track subscriptions, bills, renewal dates, and reminders. The App is provided for informational and productivity purposes only and does not provide legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.

6. License & Usage Rights

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law
• Use the App to violate any law or infringe others' rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's security or performance

7. Accounts

DueCue may be used without creating an account. Some functionality may rely on Apple services (for example, iCloud/CloudKit if enabled on your device). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and Apple ID.

8. Pro Lifetime Purchase (Non‑Consumable In‑App Purchase)

8.1 Lifetime purchase

The App may offer a non‑consumable "lifetime" in‑app purchase to unlock Pro features ("Pro Lifetime"). This is a one‑time purchase. There are no recurring charges and no automatic renewals. For technical compatibility with purchase providers, the App or its connected services may reference entitlement or subscription-status states. Those technical references do not create recurring billing unless an auto-renewable subscription is explicitly presented to you in the App Store purchase flow before purchase.

8.2 Billing

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Prices are shown in the App Store and may vary by region and currency as set by Apple.

8.3 Restore Purchases

If you change devices or reinstall the App, you can restore your purchase using the App's "Restore Purchases" feature.

8.4 RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat to help validate your purchase status and manage entitlements across devices. RevenueCat processes limited purchase-related and technical information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We also use Superwall to present paywalls and purchase offers, and to keep entitlement display logic in sync across the App. Superwall may process limited technical and interaction data needed to operate paywalls, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8.5 Refunds

Apple manages payments and refunds for purchases made through In‑App Purchase. If you want a refund, you must request it through Apple's official process: https://support.apple.com/en-us/118223

9. Notifications & Reminders

If you enable notifications, the App may send you reminders. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

10. Your Data

You may input subscription details, notes, amounts, and dates ("User Data"). You retain ownership of your User Data. Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy: https://beast-labs.com/apps/duecue/privacy-policy/

11. Support Communications

If you contact us through the in-app support form or email, you may provide information such as your email address and message content. Please do not include sensitive personal information in support messages. We may use your submission only to respond to you, troubleshoot issues, and improve the App, as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Service Availability & Changes

We may update the App, change features, or discontinue parts of the App at any time. We do not guarantee that any feature will remain available.

13. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or perfect accuracy of reminders.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BEAST LABS, SLU is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

15. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your country of residence.
