Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms ("Billing Terms") describe the subscription plans, billing, auto-renewal, cancellation, and refund policies for Smart Nap Pro, the premium tier of the Smart Nap app, provided by BEAST LABS, SLU ("Beast Labs", "we", "us", "our"). These Billing Terms form part of, and are subject to, our Terms of Use.
1. Smart Nap Pro Plans
Smart Nap offers only the following auto-renewable subscription plans to unlock Pro features:
- Weekly — auto-renewable subscription billed every 7 days
- Yearly — auto-renewable subscription billed every 12 months
Smart Nap does not offer Monthly or Lifetime plans.
Both plans may include a 3-day free trial for new subscribers.
Prices are displayed in the App and in the App Store before purchase, and may vary by region and currency as determined by Apple. Prices include applicable taxes where required by law.
2. Payment
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. All payments are processed exclusively by Apple through the App Store's In-App Purchase system. We do not receive or store your payment card details, Apple ID password, or billing address.
3. Auto-Renewal
- Both the Weekly and Yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price as the current subscription plan.
4. Free Trial
Smart Nap Pro offers a 3-day free trial. The free trial is clearly displayed before purchase.
- If you do not cancel before the end of the 3-day trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your Apple ID will be charged the subscription price.
- Any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Free trials are available only to new subscribers. If you have previously subscribed to Smart Nap Pro, you may not be eligible for a free trial.
- Eligibility for and duration of free trials is determined by Apple and may vary.
5. EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you have a legal right to withdraw from a digital content purchase within 14 days of the transaction, subject to the following:
- By purchasing a subscription and consenting to immediate access, you acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once the digital service has been fully provided during the cooling-off period.
- For free trials, the cooling-off period begins when the paid subscription commences (after the free trial converts to a paid subscription).
- Beast Labs does not process payments or refunds directly. All subscription payments and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple through the App Store. To exercise your right of withdrawal, request a refund directly through Apple.
This right is provided in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights. Refund eligibility and processing are subject to Apple's refund policies.
6. How to Cancel
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to Pro features until then.
To cancel on iPhone or iPad:
- Open Settings
- Tap your name (Apple ID) at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Smart Nap
- Tap Cancel Subscription
To cancel via the App Store:
- Open the App Store app
- Tap your profile icon at the top right
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Smart Nap
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Important: Simply deleting the App does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through Settings or the App Store as described above to stop being charged.
7. Price Changes
We may change subscription prices at any time. If you have an active auto-renewable subscription, you will be notified of any price changes in advance through the App Store. The new price will take effect at the start of your next billing period following the notice.
If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect. If you do not cancel, your continued subscription constitutes acceptance of the new price.
8. Partial Periods
If you cancel a subscription mid-period, no partial refund will be issued for the remaining time in the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to Smart Nap Pro features until the end of the paid period.
9. Billing Grace Period
If your subscription renewal payment fails (e.g., due to an expired payment method), Apple may attempt to recover the payment during a limited grace period. During this grace period, you may continue to have access to Pro features. If payment is not successfully collected, your subscription will expire and Pro features will be deactivated. We encourage you to keep your payment information up to date in your Apple ID settings.
10. Switching Plans
You may switch between the Weekly and Yearly subscription plans at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings. If you upgrade from a lower-value plan to a higher-value plan, the change may take effect immediately with a prorated charge. If you downgrade, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Plan changes are managed entirely by Apple.
11. Restore Purchases
If you change devices or reinstall the App, you can restore your purchase using the App's "Restore Purchases" feature or through your Apple ID subscription management. Your subscription status is synced across devices automatically when signed into the same Apple ID.
12. Refunds
All payments are processed by Apple. Apple manages refunds for purchases made through In-App Purchase. Beast Labs does not have the ability to issue refunds directly.

Refund eligibility is determined by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policies. Beast Labs has no control over Apple's refund decisions.
13. Third-Party Services
We use the following services to manage subscriptions:
- RevenueCat — validates your purchase status and manages entitlements across devices. RevenueCat processes limited purchase-related and technical information (product identifiers, entitlement status, receipts, anonymous app user identifiers, and device metadata for fraud prevention). - Superwall — presents and configures paywall screens within the App. Superwall does not independently process payments. Superwall Privacy Policy
14. What Smart Nap Pro Includes
Smart Nap Pro unlocks premium features in the App. The specific features included in Smart Nap Pro may change over time as we add new features or modify existing ones. Current Pro features are displayed on the subscription screen within the App before purchase.
We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove Pro features at any time. If we materially reduce the Pro offering, you may cancel your subscription as described in Section 6.
15. Apple's Role
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Apple is not a party to these Billing Terms
- Apple is not responsible for the Smart Nap service or its content
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or warranty for Smart Nap
- All subscription payments are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system
- Apple's Standard EULA also applies to your use of the App
